As former child practioners, we have a deep understanding of the complexities children face at different stages of their development. However, after experiencing the benefits of yoga, we were compelled to transition to yoga teachers as a way to introduce these benefits to children as early as possible. We know firsthand the difficulty of navigating life without the tools to effectively manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges that come with growing up. Yoga is an amazing tool to help children cultivate resilience, mindfulness, and self-awareness. We felt a personal responsibility to bring this tool to children in a way that was fun, engaging and transformative. We believe that every child deserves the chance to cultivate a love for yoga and mindfulness that will support them through their lives, and we are dedicated to helping them achieve this goal.
